Determination of Zn,Al,Mg,Si,Fe,Ti,Ca,Zr and Ce components in zinc aluminum magnesium alloy by X ray fluorescence spectrometry

摘要 通过确立仪器的测量条件并在X射线荧光仪上拟合出检测锌铝镁合金中各元素的工作曲线,建立了X射线光谱法测定锌铝镁合金中Zn,Al,Mg,Si,Fe,Ti,Zr,Ce的快速分析方法。对实际样品进行测试,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)在0.12%~4.8%之间。与化学分析方法比对,测试结果基本一致。方法已应用到日常锌铝镁合金样品的检测。 The testing conditions optimized through the experimentations, and the calibration curve was draw up, a rapid analytical method is established for the determination of the components (zinc, aluminum, magnesium, silicon, calcium, iron, titanium, zirconium and cerium) in Zn-Al-Mg alloy by X ray fluorescence spectrometry . The precision of the actual sample was tested, and the relatively standard deviations ( RSDs, n = 11 ) were between 0. 12% and 4. 8%. Compared with chemical analysis method, the test results were near the same, and no significant difference was found. The method has been applied to the detection of daily zinc aluminum magnesium alloy samples.
