摘要 通过分析TJ1169环氧改性不饱和聚酯浸渍树脂的常规性能、贮存稳定性、耐水性及电性能,研究了由TJ1169树脂处理的绝缘结构的耐高-低温湿热性能和定子浸水性能。结果表明:TJ1169环氧改性不饱和聚酯浸渍树脂具有良好的贮存稳定性、电性能及耐水性能;由TJ1169浸渍树脂处理的绝缘结构具有良好的耐湿热性能,能够满足风力发电机在湿热环境下的运行要求。 The conventional properties, storage stability, water resistance, and electrical properties of TJ1169 epoxy modified unsaturated polyester impregnating resin were studied. The high-low temperature moisture and heat resistance of the insulation structure impregnated by TJl169 resin, as well as the water immersion performance of the stator was also studied. The results show that the TJ1169 epoxy modified unsaturated polyester impregnating resin has good storage stability, electrical properties, and water resistance. The insulation structure impregnated by TJ1169 resin has good moisture and heat resistance, which could meet the operating requirements of wind tubine in hygrothermal environment.
