摘要
通过在聚酰胺酸预聚体溶液中加入改性后的纳米Si O_2颗粒,浸渍绝缘纸,升温固化制得纳米Si O_2复合改性绝缘纸。对氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)改性前后纳米Si O_2复合绝缘纸表面进行SEM、FTIR对比分析,探索APTES改性对Si O_2分散性的影响机理;通过对其力学性能和电气强度的测试分析,研究纳米Si O_2的最佳掺杂比例及复合绝缘纸的固化工艺。结果表明:氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷有助于提高纳米Si O_2粒子在基体中的分散性,当纳米Si O_2含量为3%、PAA固含量为20%、固化温度为180℃时,纳米Si O_2复合绝缘纸的综合性能最佳,复合改性后的绝缘纸抗张强度、电气强度显著提高。
The modified nano-SiO2 particles were added into polyamide acid prepolymer solution, and the solution was used to impregate insulation paper, then a nano-SiO2 composite insulation paper was prepared by heating curing. The surface of nano SiO2 composite insulation paper before and after modification by aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) was studied via SEM and FTIR, and the infulence mechanism of APTES on the dispersion of SiO2 was explored. The mechanical properties and breakdown strength of the nano SiO2 composite insulation paper were tested to study the optimum proportion of nano SiO2 and the curing process of composite insulation paper. The results show that APTES is helpful to increase the dispersion of nano-SiO2 particles in the matrix. When the content of nano-SiO2 is 3%, the solid content of PAA is 20%, and the curing temperature is 180 ℃, the nano-SiO2 composite insulation paper has optimum overall performance. The tensile strength and breakdown voltage of the insulation paper after modification increase significantly.
