摘要
目的研究电针刺激对抗模拟失重大鼠比目鱼肌萎缩的作用。方法采用-30°尾吊大鼠模型模拟失重的生理效应。雄性Wistar大鼠随机分成3组,每组10只(n=10):对照组(CON)、30 d尾吊组(TS)和30 d尾吊+多穴位刺激组(TS+MA)。CON组自由活动;TS组大鼠尾吊30 d;TS+MA组大鼠尾吊30 d,外加韩氏穴位神经刺激仪双侧对称穴位隔日刺激30 min。结果 TS组大鼠比目鱼肌肌纤维束排列不规则,肌纤维横截面积变小,间质水肿并有大量炎性细胞浸润;TS+MA组与TS组变化相似,但肌细胞核数量增多,没有观察到炎性细胞浸润。与CON组比,TS和TS+MA组大鼠Ⅱ型肌纤维数量均出现显著增加(P<0.01);与TS组比,TS+MA组肌纤维数量显著下降(P<0.01)。与CON组比,TS组大鼠比目鱼肌指数显著降低(P<0.05),TS+MA组无显著差异。结论多穴位电针刺激对抗模拟失重所导致的大鼠比目鱼肌萎缩作用明显,但更好的穴位刺激处方和刺激方式有待进一步探索。
Objective To research the effects of electroacupuncture stimulation to multiple acupoint( pishu,shenshu and sanyinjiao,MA) on the soleus atrophy in simulated weightlessness rats. Methods-30° tail suspended rats were used as the model to simulate the physiological effects of weightlessness. Male Wistar rats were randomly arranged into 3 groups,n = 10 in each group: control group( CON),tail-suspension group( TS) and TS + MA group( TS + MA). TS and TS + MA were suspended for 30 d,and TS + MA were suspended and stimulated in double symmetrical MA by Hans Acupoint Nerve Stimulator per 2 d. Results The microstructure of soleus showed that the skeletal muscle fiber bundles were irregularly arranged in TS,there were smaller cross sectional area,interstitial edema and more infiltration of inflammatory cells. There were similar changes in TS + MA,but more nucleolus quantity and no infiltration of inflammatory cells. Compared with CON,the quantity of Type Ⅱ muscle fibers in the soleus fibers in TS and TS + MA increased significantly( P〈0. 01),but decreased significantly( P〈0. 01) in TS + MA compared with TS. Compared with CON,the index of soleus decreased significantly( P〈0. 01) in TS,and there were no difference in TS + MA. Conclusions The electroacupuncture stimulation is of positive effect on soleus atrophy in simulated weightlessness,but better acupoint stimulation prescription and pattern are needed to be explored.
