摘要
目的对健康人体在跑步机上主、被动运动的生物力学及心肺功能进行对比研究。方法 25名健康成年志愿者在自研平面跑步机上分别进行3、7、10 km/h下主、被动模式的运动,对运动过程中的步态特征、关节角度、足底压力、耗氧量和心率进行对比分析。结果相同速度不同模式间对比,人体步态特征无显著差异(P>0.05),而身体倾角、髋、膝、踝关节角度差异显著(P<0.05);足底第一、三、五跖骨区域处压力峰值在不同模式间差异具有显著性(P<0.05);主动模式下运动的耗氧量和心率显著高于被动模式(P<0.05)。结论主动模式和被动模式跑步在运动学、足底压力以及心肺功能方面存在差异。
Objective To study the differences in biomechanics of active and passive movements, and cardiop- ulmonary function on the treadmill in healthy subjects. Methods Twenty-five healthy male volunteers walked at 3 kin/h, 7 km/h and ran at 10 km/h on a self-made treadmill under both motorized and non-motorized mode. The gait character parameters, the joint angle, the peak value and the rate-of-change of plantar pressure, Vo2 and heart rate (HR) were recorded for comparative analysis. Results The gait character parameters were not significantly different between the active and passive movement at all the three speeds ( P 〉 0.05 ). While the body angle, the angle of the hip, knee and ankle were different significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was a significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) in peak pressure of the first, third and fifth metatarsal head at all the three speeds. Vo2 and HR in active mode were significantly higher than those in passive mode ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions There were differences between active and passive movement in kinematics, plantar pressure, and cardiopulmonary function.
