摘要
培训评估是培训管理流程中的一个重要环节。运用柯氏评估模型的方法和基本原理,结合数字图书馆馆员培训特点,建立一套满足馆员培训评估需要的评估指标体系,以期对未来的数字图书馆人才队伍建设发挥指导作用。
Training evaluation is an important part of the training management process. Based on the characteristic of librarian' s training in the digital library, this paper tries to adopt the way and basic foundation of Kirkpatrick' s Evaluation Model to establish a set of evaluation system to meet the need of librarian ' s training in order to play a guiding role for the construction of talent team in the digital library in the future.
