以佛山市图书馆"阅读·温暖——佛山视障读者关爱行动"为例,探讨项目管理在阅读推广中的应用模式,思考项目管理在图书馆阅读推广中的应用,提出了以逻辑框架法设计项目、以专业工具管理项目、以开放式评估评价项目。
The paper discusses the application of project management in the reading promotion mode by introducing the case of＂ Reading · Warmth - Supporting for Visually Impaired Readers＂ of Foshan Library. It thinks about the application of project management in the library reading promotion and puts forward three points： in a logical framework to design project, use a professional tool to manage projects, with openly professional tools to evaluation project.
