认知转换、知识桥接与创新网络构建:发展新型创新载体的制度基础 被引量:6

摘要 新型创新载体被视为能够整合贯通科研活动与商业化技术创新、加强科技资源与经济发展关联的制度设计,在我国受到了党和国家领导人的高度重视;同时在国内也陆续出现了一系列这一类型的探索性的载体。通过讨论新型创新载体的制度基础,探讨新型创新载体在国家创新系统中的角色、组织属性及治理安排。最后强调,要实现其设定目标,新型创新载体必须是融合多属性的复合型平台,应致力于认知转化过程、知识桥接过程,并需要构建商业资本支持下的创新网络。 The recently emerging new pattern organization of innovation is considered as an institutional solution to bridging the gap between scientific research and industrial innovation, for which it has been underscored by Chinese policy-makers. This papers aims to explore its institutional foundation and its role in national innovation system. We emphasize that the new pattern organization of innovation is obliged to be hybrid mode of organiza- tion. In order to fulfill itself, cognitive transfer, knowledge bridging and construction of relevant cooperative net- work financed by commercial assets shall be the focus of its development.
