在分析南平市县级土地利用规划业务现状基础上,为满足县级土地利用规划实施管理需求为核心目标,以ArcGIS Engine为GIS平台,基于SQL Sever数据库管理信息系统,结合ArcSDE空间数据引擎技术,在Microsoft Visual C#.NET等开发环境下建立了基于ArcGIS Engine县级土地利用规划管理信息系统。系统实施后,在南平市各县土地利用规划管理中发挥了重要作用,规范规划实施业务管理,提高规划审查效率,实现了全市规划实施管理的信息化、可视化、动态化。
