摘要
研究了利用大豆毛油与甲醇在超临界条件下制备生物柴油的工艺条件,考查了反应温度、压力、醇油摩尔比和反应时间对大豆毛油与甲醇进行酯交换反应转化率的影响,并得到最优反应条件:温度320℃,压力10MPa,醇油摩尔比10∶1,反应时间60min。
In this article, the preparation conditions of biodiesel using soybean crude oil and methanol under supercritical condition were studied. The reaction temperature, pressure, methanol/oil molar ratio and reaction time can influence the transesterification of conversion rate. The optimal reaction conditions were as follow: reaction temperature 320℃, pressure IOMPa, methanol/oil molar ratio 10 : 1, reaction time 60 min.
