摘要
采用雷兹纳稳定指数法研究钢铁厂中水20#碳钢管道的腐蚀问题。当次氯酸钠、石灰水及纯碱在水箱内浓度分别为9.6mg/L、4.67mg/L、6.67mg/L时,挂片腐蚀率可降至0.15mm/a,其吨药比为0.061元/吨水。
Under the premise of predicting the trend of water corrosion in ryznar stability index method,when the concentration of sodium hypochlorite, lime and soda ash in the water tank were 9.6mg/L, 4.67mg/L, 6.67mg/L respectively. The corresponding comprehensive function group of 20# carbon steel corrosion rate can be reduced to 0.15mm/a, the chemical consumption of per ton water is 0.061 yuan.
