丙烷脱氢制丙烯工艺的流程模拟及换热网络的优化设计 被引量:2

摘要 首先利用Aspen Plus对丙烷脱氢工艺进行模拟,再利用夹点技术,通过Aspen Energy Analyzer对丙烷脱氢工艺换热网络进行能量分析,找出了用能瓶颈,并进行优化设计。优化设计后的换热网络冷热公用工程用量节能分别为28.3%、30.8%,节能降耗效果明显,经济效益可观。 Firslly, the propane dehydrogenation process(PDH ) was simulated by using Aspen Plus soflware. Then pinch point was obtained from pinch analysis technology and the heat exchanging net of the PDH was calculated by using Aspen Energy Analyzer. The following optimization was based on the choke point which can be obtained from heat exchanging net computation. The results of/he nptimized heat exchanging net exhibits more energy consnmplion amt economic henefit, whose reductions of coolant and steam consumptions in utilities was 28.3% and 30.8%, respectively.
