摘要
天津海底淤泥中含有丰富的微生物资源,这些微生物随着天津港排淤及吹填造地过程进入陆地生态系统。为明确这些微生物对陆地草坪植物的影响,选择已经分离并鉴定的14株可培养细菌作为试材,研究了其对黑麦草种子萌发及植株生长的影响。结果表明:海底淤泥中的海水芽孢杆菌、巨大芽孢杆菌、简单芽孢杆菌和萎缩芽孢杆菌对黑麦草种子萌发及植株生长均有促进作用;丁香假单胞菌和特氏盐芽孢杆菌对黑麦草种子萌发无显著影响,但对黑麦草植株生长有促进作用;盐单胞菌、苏云金芽孢杆菌、西伯利亚微小杆菌和海洋芽孢杆菌对黑麦草种子萌发及植株生长的影响均不大;洋葱伯克霍尔德菌、巴氏芽孢杆菌、解淀粉芽孢杆菌和类芽孢杆菌对黑麦草种子萌发影响不显著,但对黑麦草植株生长有明显的抑制作用。本研究结果为开发利用海底淤泥中的微生物资源,进一步解决吹填造陆区域绿化难题提供了理论依据。
There are very rich microbial resources in the seafloor sediment of Tianjin Port. With the development and utilization of the sediment, those microorganisms have been entering the terrestrial ecosystems. 14 strains culturable bacteria were used as detective materials in this study which have been isolated and identified, and Lolium perenne was chosen as representative lawn grass. In order to study the effect of these microbes on seed germination and growth of Lolium perenne. The results showed that Bacillus aquimaris, Bacillus megaterium, Bacillus simplex, Bacillus atrophaeus could promote Lolium perenne germination and growth obviously. While Pseudomonas syringae and Halobacillus trueperi have no effect on Lolium perenne germination but have a promoting effect on the growth. However, Halomonas campaniensis, Bacillus thuringiensis, Exiguobacteri- um sibiricum, Thalassobacillus devorans have no effect on the germination and growth of Lolium perenne. Whereas Pseudomonas syringae, Bacillus butanolivorans, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, Paenibacillus odorifer have a little impact on the germination, but have obvious inhibitory effect on the growth. This study could help us develop and utilize the microbes as an effective strategy to solve the barren in reclamation with pumping filling area.
