籼稻三系不育系乐5A的选育与应用

Breeding and Application of Indica CMS Line Le 5A in Rice

乐5A是乐山市农业科学研究院用IR超级稻/金23B杂交后代中的优良单株与协青早A测交并经多代回交转育而成的矮败型籼稻三系不育系,具有米质较优、配合力强、异交习性好等特点,配制的组合生育期短、结实率高、产量优势突出。2012年8月通过四川省农作物品种审定委员会技术鉴定,所配组合乐5优177(乐5A/成恢177)于2013年9月通过四川省品种审定。

Le 5A is a new DA-type indica CMS line in rice. It was developed from the testcross of Xieqingzao A（ a DA-type indica CMS line） to the elite single plants selected from the filial generation of the cross between IR Super Rice and Jin 23B followed by successive backcrossing over years. Le 5A is characteristic of relatively good grain quality, high combining ability and favorable outcrossing habits, etc. The F1 hybrids derived from Le 5A are generally early maturing （slightly earlier than CK）, high in seed setting rate and very much heterotic in grain yield. In August, 2012, Le 5A was technically identified by Sichuan Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee, and its hybrid Le 5 You 177 （Le 5A/Chenghui 177 ） was registered Province in September, 2013.
