摘要
选用9个杂交籼稻品种为材料,在云南籼稻区5个不同海拔、纬度的试验点进行种植,研究了不同海拔和纬度对杂交籼稻稻米淀粉RVA谱特征值的影响。结果表明,稻米淀粉RVA谱特征值受品种基因型和环境条件双重因素的影响;稻米淀粉RVA谱特征值对生态环境的反应可分为2类,峰值黏度、最终黏度、热浆黏度、崩解值、回复值为生态钝感型特征值,消减值为生态敏感型特征值;不同品种在与食味品质密切相关的峰值黏度、崩解值和消减值等性状上受海拔和纬度的影响不同,说明不同品种具有不同的适种区域。
Using nine indica hybrid rice varieties cultivated at five locations with different altitudes and latitudes in Yunnan as the materials, the effects of altitude and latitude were studied on the rice starch RVA spectrum eigenvalues. The results showed that the rice starch RVA spectrum eigenvalues were influenced not only by the genotypes but also by the environmental conditions. Based on the reaction of rice starch RVA spectrum eigenvalues to ecological conditions, they were divided into two groups. One group was insensitive, which included peak viscosity ( PKV), cool paste viscosity ( CPV), hot paste viscosity ( HPV), breakdown viscosity (BDV) and consistence viscosity (CSV) while the other group was sensitive, including setback viscosity (SBV). Among the tested indica hybrid rice varieties, they also showed different reactions to the altitude and latitude conditions in such taste quality related eigenvalues as PKV, BDV and CBV, indicating that different varieties have different optimal growing areas.
