摘要
CRISPR/Cas9是一种快速发展的基因组定点编辑技术。利用该技术对水稻穗发育基因Osa1进行定点编辑,精准敲除Osa1基因,获得Osa1功能缺失突变体,为Osa1基因功能的深入研究提供了准确可靠的突变体材料。
CRISPR/Cas9 is a powerful site-specific genome editing technology. In this study, authors used it to edit the Osa! gene of rice panicle development. With the precise knockout of Osal, a mutant plant without the function of Osal was obtained, providing a reliable material for the further research of the gene function of Osal.
