浅谈清远抽水蓄能电站引水隧洞V类围岩洞段的灌浆处理

摘要 广东清远抽水蓄能电站引水隧洞中平洞V类围岩洞段地质情况极其复杂,钻孔过程中易发生涌沙、涌泥。该洞段由于水泥浆液可灌性差等原因,还需进行化学灌浆。施工过程中,针对实际情况采用了适宜的灌浆参数和正确的施工工艺,并实施了多种有效的灌浆质量检测方法,取得了较好的效果。 Geologic conditions of headrace tunnel middle horizontal section in Class V surrounding rock is very complicated at Qingyuan pumped storage power station in Guangdong province. Sand and mud boiling were appeared during bore drilling. Due to poor groutability of cement grout,chemical grouting is required in this tunnel section. During construction,proper grouting parameters and correct construction technique are used according to real conditions and many effective grouting quality inspections are carried out,gaining good results.
