摘要
针对宣钢烧结作业一区1#360 m^2烧结机受设备、工艺等因素影响,料层厚度不能达到750 mm的问题,围绕提高料层厚度进行了一系列设备改造和工艺优化。利用年修机会,将烧结机台车挡板加高,由750 mm增加到800 mm;缩小布料辊间隙至3 mm。优化原料品种结构,控制燃料粒度,治理漏风;烧结机的利用系数提高了0.05 t/(m^2·h),返矿率降低0.44%,固体燃料降低3.8 kg/t。
Influenced by equipment, process and other factors, the bed depth of l# 360 m2sinter machine in Xuansteel company cannot reach 750 mm. A series of equipment modification and process optimization were carried out to improve the thickness of the layer. The baffle of sintering pallet was increased from 750 mm to 800 mm; and the feed roller clearance was reduced to 3 ram. The usage factor of sinter machine was in- creased by 0.05 t/ (m2 · h), tile return fine was decleased by 0.44% , solid fuel was decreased by 3.8 kg/t through optimizing the structure of raw materials, controlling fuel size and treating air leakage.
