宣钢公司2#高炉结合原燃料条件,对装料制度进行了优化,由中心注焦的布料模式转变为"平台+漏斗+挡墙焦"的节约型料面结构,高炉炉况实现了长周期稳定顺行,煤气利用提高了7.09%,燃耗进一步降低,增加了炉况对原燃料变化的适当能力。
The charging system of Xuansteel No. 2 blast furnace is optimized, combined with the conditions of raw and fuel materials. The burden distribution mode of central coke injection has been changed into econom- ic burden structure of " platform + funnel + coke retaining wall" , the BF operation achieves long -period stable, gas utilization rate has increased by 7.09% , and fuel consumption has been further reduced, which strengthened the adaptability of BF condition to raw and fuel material change.
