摘要
介绍了首钢京唐公司5 500m^3高炉热风环管花盆口容易发生掉砖、耐材脱落的问题,尤其是采用高风温和高富氧时,热风环管花盆口处易出现温度高现象。分析了热风环管花盆口处的结构特点,研究了热风环管花盆口的破损机理、修复方法。
Brick dropping and refractory material dropping are common problems in hot blast bustle flowerpot of Shougang Jingtang 5 500 m3 blast furnace. Especially when the high wind and the high enriched oxygen are used, the temperature of the flowerpot of hot blast bustle is easy to be too high. This paper analyses the structure characteristics and researches the damage mechanism and the repair practice of the flowerpot.
