摘要
广西澄碧河水电站HLJ2513-LJ-140型转轮运行投产后发生了严重空蚀问题,影响到机组的安全稳定运行和电站的经济效益。从多角度分析了造成转轮严重空蚀发生原因,在保留原机组流道、导水机构、蜗壳和座环等限制条件下,根据目前水轮机技术发展的水平,提出替代新转轮的目标参数,实现电站水轮机转轮的更新改造。
The original HLJ2513-type turbine runners of Chengbihe Hydropower Station in Guangxi have had seri- ous cavitation problem since they were put into operation, which affect the safe and stable operation of units and eco- nomic benefits. Analysis was made on the causes for cavitation in multiple aspects. Under the constraint conditions of maintaining the original flow passage, distributor, spiral case and stay ring etc., target parameters of new runner were studied and put forward according to the current technical level for runner renovation.
