不同种质资源川芎药材质量的比较研究

Effects of Different Germplasm on Medicinal Material Quality of Chuanxiong Rhizoma

目的:为了从原料保证药材的品质,对不同种质资源川芎药材的质量进行比较研究,分析种质资源与川芎药材质量的相关性,为选育优质川芎药材提供依据。方法:采集同一种质资源圃中34批不同种质资源的川芎,按照《中国药典》2015版一部川芎项下的方法,进行了性状、薄层鉴别、检查、挥发油、阿魏酸含量测定等对比研究。结果:不同种质川芎的质量存在显著差别。其中8号样品(彭州市XYD6组苓种)、28号样品(崇州市SL苓种)质量最好,其次为5号样品(彭州市TJ5组苓种)。而13号样品(崇州市GJ苓种)质量最差。结论:种质资源对川芎质量影响明显,同时苓种产地可能是决定其质量的重要因素。

Objective： This work aimed to explore the effect of different germplasms on the medicinal material quality of Chuanxiong Rhizoma. Methods： Chuanxiong was collected from 34 germplasm resources of the same germplasm resources, in accordance with the ＂Chinese Pharmacopoeia＂ in 2015 under the method of Chuanxiong Rhizoma, compared the results of characterization, TCL, examination, determination of volatile oil, ferulic acid and ligustilide. Results： There were significant effects of different germplasm resources on the quality of Chuanxiong Rhizoma. Among them, 8 .（Pengzhou XYD 6）, 28 （Chongzhou SL） Lingzhong corresponding to the quality of the best Chuanxiong medicine, while the 13th （ Chongzhou GJ） produced by the quality of Chuanxiong is the worst. Conclusion： The germplasm resources have obvious effect on the quality of Chuanxiong Rhizoma and the origin of Lingzhong may be the key factor to determine its quality.
