穴位埋线联合穴位贴敷治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的随机对照研究

A Randomized Controlled Study of Acupoint Catgut Embedding Therapy Combined with Acupoint Aplication in the Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma

目的:探讨穴位埋线联合穴位贴敷治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的临床效果和安全性分析。方法:采用前瞻性分析法,选取咳嗽变异性哮喘患者120例。采用简单数字的随机方法随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组给予常规治疗加穴位埋线联合穴位贴敷;对照组给予常规治疗加孟鲁司特咀嚼片口服。观察两组患者治疗前后细胞因子水平、症状积分变化及临床疗效,比较治疗后2组患者不良反应的发生率。结果:治疗后治疗组在细胞因子子(Hs-CRP、IL-8、TNF-α)水平、症候积分(咳嗽、咯痰、胸膈满闷)方面比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组临床疗效总有效率为93.33%,对照组临床疗效总有效率为83.33%,2者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线联合穴位贴敷能够有效地缓解咳嗽变异性哮喘患者患者临床症状,安全性高,值得进一步推广及应用。

Objective： Study of acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with acupoint clinical effect and safety of variant asthma patients with cough sticking therapy. Methods： 120 cases of cough variant asthma patients were selected by the prospective analysis. The treatment group received conventional therapy plus aeupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with acupoint sticking therapy; the control group was given routine treatment plus montelukast chewable tablets. Observation of two groups of patients before and after the treatment of eytokine levels, symptom score changes and clinical efficacy, compared with the incidence of adverse reactions in the 2 groups after treatment. Results： In the group of cytokines gene therapy after treatment （ Hs-CRP, IL-8, TNF- alpha） level, symp- toms （cough, expectoration, chest stuffiness） has significant difference between （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the total effective rate was 93.33 % , control group total effective rate was 83.33%, 2 were statistically significant the difference between the （P 〈 0.05 ） . The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion ： Aeupoint catgut embed- ding therapy combined with aeupoint aplication can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of cough variant asthma patients, high safety, worthy of further promotion and aplication.
