中医药治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭已有悠久的历史,依据其临床表现及病机特点当归属于中医"痰饮-支饮"范畴。在痰饮理论指导下,温阳消饮法治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的多靶点效应通过临床与实验研究得到证实。转录因子调控基因表达具有时空多态性,故从转录调节因子肝X受体在温阳消饮法治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效作用的多靶点性角度探讨中医药治疗多效性的分子机制,为阐释中医经典痰饮理论及代表治法温阳消饮法的科学内涵提供新的研究思路。

Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） has a long history in treatment Chronic Heart Failure （CHF）, According to its clinical manifestations and pathogenesis characteristics, CHF is classified as TCM phlegm Category. Under the guidance of the TCM phlegm theory, Wenyang Xiaoyin treatment＇s multi-target effects on CHF has been confirmed through clinical and experimental stud- ies. Transcription factor regulate gene expression with temporal and spatial polymorphism, so from this perspective of transcription factor Liver X receptor （LXR） ＇s multi-target regulation in Wenyang Xiaoyin treatment＇s on CHF , to explore the molecular mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of pleiotropism, provides the new research ideas to illustrate the scientific basis of phlegm theory and Wenyang Xiaoyin treatment.
