摘要
中药生物转化是我国传统中药与现代生物技术的有效融合的产物,而肝微粒体对中药有效成分的体外代谢研究是中药生物转化一个重要领域。肝微粒体对中药有效成分的体外代谢研究对于中药药性改变、疗效提高、降低毒副作用、中药有效成分代谢途径的确定等方面具有一定的指导作用。肝微粒体体外代谢研究为指导临床合理、安全用药、中药的二次开发利用以及新药的研究与开发提供可靠的依据。本文主要针对肝微粒体体外代谢在中药生物转化中的应用研究进展进行综述。
Biotransformation of traditional Chinese medicine is a product of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and mod- em biotechnology. In vitro metabolism using liver microsomes is a vital part of the biotransformation of traditional Chinese medicine. In vitro metabolism using liver microsomes is mainly applied in the illumination of change the properties, synergy and attenuation and metabolic pathways of constitutes of traditional Chinese medicine. In vitro metabolism using liver microsomes provide a reliable basis to guide the safe and rational clinical application, and the secondary development of Chinese medicine and new drug. In this paper, the application of In vitro metabolism using liver microsomes in biotransformation of traditional Chinese medicine is reviewed.
