摘要
通过对复州河流域水环境容量的研究,了解流域水环境容量现状,为环境管理和污染控制提供理论依据,实现区域水环境容量资源的优化配置,促进地区环境保护与经济关系的协调发展。本文在水环境功能区划的基础上,确定水环境容量控制单元,选择QUAL模型为计算模型,确定相应的设计条件和计算参数,对控制单元的水环境容量进行计算,并对结果进行合理性分析。
The paper studied on Fuzhou river in order to know its current status of water environmental capaci- ty ,as to provide theoretical basis for environmental management and pollution control ,to achieve the optimal allocation of regional water environmental capacity resources, and to promote regional coordinated development of environmental protection and economic relations.This paper chose the QUAL model as calculating model to calculate the control unit of the water environment capacity after making sure of the corresponding design con- ditions and calculation parameters ,based on water environmental function zoning and certain water environ- mental capacity control unit, and the results are analyzed.
