摘要
参照GB/T 10288-2003《羽绒羽毛检验方法》对回用水洗涤羽绒品质进行测试,相同洗涤工艺条件下,回用水洗涤羽绒较自来水洗涤羽绒的浊度、蓬松度指标明显下降,而残脂率、耗氧量等指标明显上升,结果表明回用水洗涤羽绒品质下降.为探明回用水质对洗涤羽绒品质影响的缘由,实验测试分析了回用水质的电导率、耗氧量、固含量、洗涤发泡性能、阴离子表面活性剂质量浓度等指标,同时参照回用水中各项指标数据,分析了电解质、油脂、硬度等因素对水质发泡性能的影响规律.实验结果为评价羽绒水洗废水经处理后可否达到完全回用的要求提供了实验基础.
The properties of down washed by reused water were tested according to GB/T 10288-2003 Testing methods for down and feather, and the results showed that the turbidity and filling power of washed down by reused water decreased significantly, whereas its fat and oil content and oxygen number increased compared with washed down by normal water under the same washing conditions.From that, the quality of down washed by reused water will be deteriorated.In order to find out reasons of effect of reused water on the quality of washed down, conductivity, oxygen number, solid content, foamability and the concentration of the anionic surfactants of reused water were tested and analyzed. Mean while, with reference to the indicators and contents of reused water,the effects of electrolyte, grease, hardness and other factors on the foaming properties of water were analyzed.The experimental basis for the evaluation of whether the down washing wastewater after treatment can reach the requirement of complete reuse has been built from this paper research.
