广西柬埔寨语专业人才培养对策研究

Research on Strategies for Cultivation of Cambodian Language Talents in Guangxi

中柬两国关系日益密切,不断深化发展,柬埔寨语专业人才的需求量呈上升趋势。广西在培养柬埔寨语人才方面有其独特的优势,同时存在很多亟待解决的问题。针对广西三所开设有柬埔寨语专业的学校在人才培养、师资队伍、课程设置、教材建设等方面存在问题和不足,要积极进行改革和调整,培养出大批符合国家、社会需求的优秀人才。

Deepening development of increasingly intimate Sino-Cambodian relationships contributes to soaring demand of Cambodian language talents. Guangxi boasts advantages in cultivation of Cambodian language talents, which, meanwhile, witnesses problems calling for prompt solution. Aiming at the problems and deficiencies in talents cultivation, teachers team construction, curriculum development and textbook development in the three colleges which establish Cambodian language program, efforts need to be made on vigorous reform and adjustment to cultivate a large number of excellent talents in line with the demand of the state and society.
