摘要
介绍四柱式液压机三横梁结构设计方法;根据承载的不同情况,利用有限元软件对三横梁分别进行静态分析,得到相应应力应变分布规律。以节约材料,减轻重量,改善应力分布为目的,提出改进方案,主体结构模态分析,进一步分析验证改进设计合理性。
In this paper, the structural design methods of three beams of four-column hydraulic are introduced; According to the different situation of bearing, the three beams are static analysis by using finite element software, the corresponding distribution of stress and strain is obtained. To save material, reduce weight, improve the stress distribution for the purpose, the improvement plans are put forward, the overall structure modal analysis, further analysis of verifying the rationality of design improvements.
