摘要
针对传统的自吸式离心泵存在的结构复杂、自吸时间过长、工作效率较低等缺点,通过结构的改进,设计了一种新型离心泵外循环射流自吸装置,该装置是在普通离心泵的进口管路和出口管路间增设了一个射流和汽水分离装置,根据水射流的卷吸原理实现泵的自吸功能。本文主要介绍了该射流自吸泵的各结构组成及其工作原理。
The article is aimed at improving the disadvantages of the current traditional self-sucking pump, including the complex structure, the long self-priming time, the law working efficiency of the pump and so on. With structure improved, we design a late-model self-priming device which could bring about external jetting circulating of centrifugal pumps. This device adds a installation that could realize jet-flow and steam-water separation between entrance piping and exit piping of pumps, realizing self-priming according to the entrainment principle of water. This paper mainly introduces the structure as well as the operation principle of the self-priming pump.
