摘要
可凝性气体在通过盘管冷凝器冷凝时,由于内圈盘管中空间较大,可凝性气体会通过盘管中间区域直接流过,与低温盘管产生的热量交换较少,造成冷量流失。为提高冷凝器的换热效率,提高冷凝液的回收率,采用增加钢丝网结构来增加换热面积与改变流动方式。通过实验测量冷凝液回收量发现改善后的设备冷凝效率高,可以极大增加换热效率。
When condensable gas is condensed through the coil condenser, the condensable gas flows through the middle of the coil because of the large space inside the coil. The heat exchange between condensable gas and low temperature coil is less, which results in the loss of cooling capacity. In order to improve the heat exchange efficiency of condenser and improve the recovery rate of condensate, the steel wire mesh structure is added to increase the heat transfer area and change the flow mode. It is found that the condensation efficiency of the improved equipment is higher than before, and the heat transfer efficiency can be greatly increased by measuring the recovery of condensate.
