摘要
通过分析某新款MPV传动系统出现的NVH问题(主要是车轮回振引起的车内噪声大、车体共振轰鸣、高速齿轮啸叫)的原因,针对不同的激励源制定相应措施:采用质量减振器和扭转减振器——减少振动、提高后桥壳模态——阻隔振动、采用等高齿和优化齿轮啮合印痕——消除振动,并试验验证各措施的效果,有效解决该车型传动系统NVH问题,并积累相关数据和经验。
Through the analysis of the NVH problems of a new MPV transmission system (mainly the back wheel vibration noise in vehicle, vehicle resonance roar, high-speed gear howling) reasons, formulate corresponding measures for different excitation sources: the mass damper and torsional vibration damper - reduce vibration and improve the rear axle housing modal, vibration, etc. With high barrier and optimization of the gear meshing tooth to eliminate vibration, and the experimental verification measures, effectively solve the problem of vehicle transmission system NVH, and the accumulation of relevant data and experience.
