摘要
基于计算流体力学(CFD)对某型液压油箱内压力分布进行仿真分析。采用标准k-ε湍流模型,采用SIMPLE算法求解速度、应力。利用这种建模和求解算法对油箱内隔板的形状、数量进行仿真得到油箱内液压油的流场以及内壁受到的应力,为油箱的改进设计提供依据。
The internal pressure of a certain type hydraulic oil container has been simulated and analyzed by the computation fluid dynamics (CFD), meanwhile use the k-ε turbulent model simulate the flow field, the equation was discretized using a finite volume method, adopting the simple algorithm solving the problem of velocity and stress. The method of creating hydraulic oil container model and finite element analysis aim at simulating the numbers and shape of internal separator, so the flow field of hydraulic and the stress received by the wall can be obtained, and provide foundation for improve design of hydraulic oil container.
