Cause Analysis of Deformation of Superheater Tubes of SZS Gas-fired Boiler

某单位SZS15-1.8/250-YQ型号燃气蒸汽锅炉在内部检验时发现锅炉右数第一至六组过热器管变形,最大变形量约160 mm.经分析,该锅炉存在启停炉频繁、过热器管在快速启动过程中出现过热现象,锅炉热负荷波动大,过热器管局部受热不均、未受管夹的有效固定,导致过热器管出现材料过热并在热应力的作用下发生变形。

The first to the sixth group Superheater Tube of a SZS15-1.8 / 250-YQ gas-fired boiler were found deformation,and the maximum deformation is about 160 mm.After analysis,the boiler has a frequent shutdown furnace,the superheater tubes were overheated during rapid start-up,boiler heat load fluctuates greatly, superheater tube local heating uneven and did not get the effective clamping of the clamp, resulting in overheating of the superheater tube and deformation under thermal stress.
