摘要
介绍了慧鱼创意模型主要构成和在高校实践教学领域的应用,分析了主要两种控制方式——PLC控制和计算机控制。通过两种不同控制创意模型方式的对比,着重介绍了ROBO软件编程。通过结合具体的生产实践环节,分析了依据颜色自动分拣系统的编程过程,得出了基于ROBO软件下计算机编程更加便捷、直观。无论是在实际的生产作业中还是实践教学方面都更加地方便快捷,降低了编程复杂程度,有利于设计人员较容易地实现自己创新想法和对设计方案的优化。
Introduce the main fischer creative model and application in the field of practice teaching in colleges and universities, analyzes two main control modes: PLC control and computer control. By comparing two different control mode of creative model, emphatically introduces the ROBO software programming. Through the combina- tion of specific production practice, this paper analyzes the programming process of the automatic sorting system based on color, and concludes that the computer programming based on ROBO software is more convenient and intuitive. Whether it is the actual production operations or practice teaching are more and more convenient, greatly reduces the programming complexity, designers can easily realize their creative ideas and optimization of design plan.
