摘要 基于模糊集理论对施工项目工期、成本和质量多目标权衡优化这一问题进行系统研究。研究表明:采用三角模糊数能够有效表达施工活动持续时间和成本的不确定性,通过建立质量模糊评语集及其隶属函数,可以对质量水平进行合理的量化评估。利用Pareto最优化原理,设计基于非支配排序遗传算法的运算程序,从而建立不确定条件下施工工期、成本和质量多目标权衡优化模型,决策者可以从模型获得的一系列Pareto最优解中寻求满意方案。 Hased on fuzzy set theory, this paper makes a systematic study on multi-objective optimiza tion of time, cost and quality of construction projects. The study shows that the use of triangular fuzzy numbers can effectively express the duration time of construction and the indeterminacy of cost. The cstablisllrnent of a fuzzy comnqent set and its corresponding triangular fuzzy membership function can make a sound quantitative assessment on the ctuality of the construction project. The design of non dominated sorling genetic algorithm based on Pareto optimality helps to establish a multi objeclive oplimizalion model of lime cost-quality of construction projects under the tainty, which ermhles the decision makers to find the best solution from a series of lutions obtained. condition of uncer Pareto optimal so lutions obtained
