摘要
创意是影响企业创新成功与否的重要因素。以1205个小微企业为研究样本,分析小微企业主职能背景、产品创意以及两者的匹配对企业绩效的影响作用。结果表明,来源于企业内部的产品创意有助于小微企业的绩效提升,企业主的生产型职能背景和政府职能背景对绩效有正向影响,政府职能背景与来源于内部的产品创意相匹配有助于提升企业绩效。小微企业主可在提出产品创意的早期阶段就对其绩效进行预测和评估。
Product idea is crucial to enterprises" innovation. Based on 1205 small business samples, this study attempts to explore the impact of executives" functional background, their product idea and the matching between the two on firm performance. The empirical results show that the intra-firm product idea has a positive impact on firm performance. In addition, executives" production engaging background and government working experience also show a positive impact on firm performance. Furthermore, a matching between government working experience and the intra-firm idea can improve firm performance. The study suggests executives to predict and appraise firm performance during the early phase of a product idea.
