摘要
在聚氨酯高回弹泡沫配方体系中加入微胶囊相变材料(MPCM),研究了MPCM对组合料黏度、泡沫物性、储热效果的影响,并分析了MPCM在泡沫中的分散性。结果表明,随着MPCM用量增加,组合料黏度增加,泡沫的物性略有下降,泡沫的储热量增加。MPCM的合适添加量为20份,该用量下,泡沫的相变热可达18.3 J/g,且MPCM在泡沫中的分散性较好。
The microencapsulated phase material(MPCM) was added in the high resilience polyurethane foa- ming systems. The effect of MPCM on the viscosity of polyol composition, foam performances,energy storage were studied, and the dispersion of MPCM in the foam was also analyzed. The results showed that,the viscosity of polyol composition and the storage heat increased, the foam performances decreased slightly with the MPCM dosage in- creasing. The appropriate adding amount of MPCM was 20 phr and the amount of thermal storage was 18.3 J/g. MPCM presented a good dispersion in the foam.
