摘要 采用N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-792)对微米二氧化硅(SiO_2)进行改性,并利用红外光谱、综合热分析仪、激光粒度仪等测试方法对改性后SiO_2的表面结构进行了分析表征。以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体(HDI三聚体)、聚己二酸-1,2-丙二醇酯二醇(PPA)、聚醚二醇N220和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和SiO_2等为主要原料,制备微米SiO_2改性水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液。研究了改性微米SiO_2粒径及用量对WPU性能的影响。结果表明,当SiO_2粒径(D50)为6.2μm、在WPU胶膜中质量分数为5%时,其消光度和透光率达到最佳平衡。 The micro-particle silica was modified with N-( beta aminoethyl)-y-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane (KH-792). The surface structure of the modified micro-silica was investigated by Fourier thansform infrared spec- troscopy (FT-IR), thermogravimetric analyzer and laser particle size analyzer. Using isophorone diisocyanate (IP- DI), hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer ( HDI Trimer), poly ( 1,2-propylene adipate) glycol ( PPA), polyether diol N220, dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) and micro-silica as main raw materials, a waterborne polyurethane (WPU) emulsion modified by micro silica was prepared. Meanwhile, the effects of different particle sizes and dif- ferent amount of modified micro silica on the properties of waterborne polyurethane were studied. The results showed that, when the silica content was 5% and the silica particle size (Ds0) was 6. 2 μm, the extinction ratio and trans- mittance of silica powder were the best balance.
