随着近年来高速公路精细化施工管理的推进,对于桥梁墩柱的外观质量的要求也越来越高。以某高速公路墩柱施工为背景,阐述了墩柱外观质量常见病害及产生的原因,并从原材料、模板、混凝土配合比设计、振捣工艺、养护等方面提出了一些针对性的外观质量控制措施,为墩柱施工外观质量控制提供借鉴。

With the propulsion of refinement construction management on expressways in recent years, the demand on the appearance quality of bridge pier column is more and more higher. Taking the pier column construction of an expressway as the background, common diseases and reasons for the appearance quality of pier column are elaborated, and some targeted appearance quality control measures are put forward from some aspects of raw material, formwork, mix proportion design of concrete, vibration technology, maintenance and so on, so as to provide reference for the appearance quality control on the pier column construction.
