层布钢纤维混凝土在路面大修中的应用

Application of Layered Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete in Pavement Overhaul

为了减少混凝土路面因超载等因素引起的断板、碎裂等病害,以新疆境内某国道某段大修工程为例,介绍了钢纤维的生产方法、选择依据,分析了层布钢纤维混凝土的力学性能及施工控制要点,为今后混凝土路面的大修工程提供参考。

In order to reduce diseases on concrete pavement like broken slab, fragmentation and so on caused by some factors like overload and so on, taking an overhaul engineering at a section of a national highway in Sinkiang as an example, the production method and selection basis of steel fiber are introduced, and mechanical property and construction control points of layered steel fiber reinforced concrete are analyzed, so as to provide reference for overhaul engineering of concrete pavement in the future.
