摘要
以佛山宗德服务中心项目基础工程中深基坑支护地下连续墙实际现场施工经验为依托,介绍了深基坑支护工程中的超深嵌岩地下连续墙的施工要点和主要技术难点以及解决方案,分析了地下连续墙成槽过程中穿越含砂层时的技术控制措施以及槽壁的垂直度影响因素及控制方式、混凝土浇注时绕流产生的原因以及预防措施、周边变形监测及预警措施,总结了深基坑支护地下连续墙的实际施工经验,为类似工程的设计和施工提供参考资料。
Relying on the construction experience of actual site of underground diaphragm wall for deep foundation pit supporting in foundation engineering for Foshan Zongde service center project, the construction points and main technical difficulties and solution of super - deep rock - socketed underground diaphragm wall in deep foundation pit supporting project are introduced, the technical control measures during the slot forming procedure for underground diaphragm wall at the time of passing through the sand - bearing layer as well as influencing factors and control mode of slot wall verticality, reasons and preventive measures for flowing around at the time of concrete pouring, and surrounding deformation monitoring and prewarning measures are analyzed, and the actual construction experienee of underground diaphragm wall for deep foundation pit supporting is summarized, so as to provide reference data for the design and construction of similar engineering.
