脉冲进水对两级厌氧接触氧化法处理小型火车站污水的影响 被引量:1

Effect of pulse-feed pattern on treatment of sewage from small railway station using two-stage anaerobic contact oxidation process

摘要 根据小型火车站的特点,利用厌氧接触氧化工艺处理火车站公建污水。重点研究了进水方式对厌氧工艺处理小型火车站污水的影响,并进行了动力学模型分析。实验结果表明,在室温条件下,控制反应器HRT为24 h,脉冲强度为1.380 L·(m^2·min)^(-1),脉冲频次为24次·d^(-1),选取填料为块状海绵填料,保持进水及其他运行条件均相同的情况下,脉冲进水反应器的厌氧生物膜生物量较连续进水反应器高1.36 g·L^(-1),脉冲进水反应器的COD和总氮去除率分别比连续进水反应器的去除率高4%和3.7%。通过对厌氧生物膜反应器底物降解动力学的初步探究,得出了该反应器的相关降解动力学方程和常数。经验证,Monod模型能够较好地描述该厌氧生物反应器内基质降解的动力学行为,为小型火车站公建污水的处理提供了相对高效、科学的方法。 In keeping with the characteristics of a small railway station, the sewage was treated using an anaero- bic contact oxidation process. The effect of the pulse-feed pattern on the sewage treatment was investigated and its kinetic model was analyzed. The experimental results indicated that the biomass of the pulse feed reactor was 1.36 g · L- 1 higher than that of the continuous feed reactor, under the same operating conditions of temperature, HRT, pulse intensity, pulse frequency, sponge packing, and influents. The rate of COD and total nitrogen re- moval of the pulse feed reactor were 4% and 3.7% higher, respectively, than those of the continuous feed reac- tor. The kinetics of the substrate biodegradation was studied using the Monod model, and the related kinetic equations and constants of the anaerobic biofilm reactors were obtained. The established Monod model was tested and showed a good simulation of the substrate biodegradation, which provided a relatively efficient scientific method for sewage treatment in the small railway station.
