响应面法优化毛竹笋壳中木聚糖的提取工艺 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究碱浸提法提取毛竹笋壳中木聚糖的最佳工艺条件,在单因素实验的基础上,采用Box-Behnken试验设计原理进行4因素3水平的响应面实验设计,以木聚糖提取率为响应值,选取碱液质量浓度、液料比、提取时间和提取温度作为影响因子,对其最佳提取工艺条件进行优化。结果表明碱浸提法提取竹笋壳中木聚糖的最佳工艺条件为:碱液质量浓度为10g/100mL,液料比为31mL/g,提取时间为2.6h,提取温度为92℃,并在此工艺条件下对模型参数进行验证,得到木聚糖的提取率达到20.68%,与理论预测值相差较小,说明采用响应曲面法优化毛竹笋壳中木聚糖的提取工艺得到的优化条件合理、可靠。 The purpose of this paper research was to investigate the optimal conditions for alkaline extraction of xylan from bamboo shoot shell. The effects of NaOH concentration, liquid-to-solid ratio, extraction time and temperature on the yield of xylan were studied in single factor experiments. According to the single factor experiment, the multinomial mathematical model for the yield of xylan was built using Box-Behnken design involving the above four factors at three levels, and response surface analysis was carried out to obtain the optimal extracting condi- tions based on the model. The results demonstrated that the optimal conditions were found as follows: NaOH concentration 10g/100mL, liquid-to-solid ratio 31mL/g, extraction time 2.6h, extraction temperature 92℃. Under the optimal extraction conditions, the extraction yield of xylan reached up to 20.68%, which was basically consistent with the predicted outcome of 20.74%, and indicating the optimal conditions of extracting xylan was reliable with the response surface analysis.
