摘要
研究不同菌种发酵木枣干红中甲醇含量,采用气相色谱顶空外标法测定木枣干红中甲醇含量。结果表明:甲醇含量在20.00-2000.00mg/L范围内线性关系良好,其线性回归方程为y=293.59x-4889,相关系数R^2=0.9972,加标回收率在93.6-97.8%之间,所测不同菌种发酵木枣干红甲醇含量各不相同,含量在510.23-1785.23mg/L之间。该方法分离效果好、操作简单、准确度高、稳定性好。
To study the content of methanol of Muzao Jujubes dry red fermented by different stains. Determining the content of methanol of Muzao Jujubes dry red fermented by different stains with headspace external calibration of gas chromatography. The results showed that the calibration curve was linear in the range of 20.00-2000.00mg/L, y=293.59x-4889, R^2=0.9972, the recovery rate between 93.6% and 97.8%, the content of methanol of Muzao Ju- jubes dry red fermented by different stains was diverse from each other, and it was between 510.23-1785.23mg/L. The method was good in separation and stability, easy for operation, high accuracy.
