摘要
将无机粉体氧化钙(CaO)均匀分散到乙二醇(EG)介质中,经直接酯化、缩聚,原位聚合制备了PET/CaO复合物,采用DSC、TG、WAXD、SEM对PET/CaO复合物进行测试,研究了无机粉体氧化钙添加量与处理方法对PET分散性能、特性黏度、结晶性能、热稳定性等的影响。结果表明:无机粉体氧化钙的加入使复合物的特性黏度降低,改变CaO添加时的处理方法,能有效减缓特性黏度的下降;所得复合物的结晶度提高,熔体的冷结晶温度降低,热结晶温度升高,复合物的熔点变化不明显;热稳定性提高。
Poly( ethylene terephathalate)/Calcium Oxide(PET/CaO) composites were prepared by means of esterification and polycondensation of terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol in the presence of CaO. With DSC ,TG,WAXD, SEM and FTIR the influence of different Calcium oxide mass fraction( % ) and different processing methods on the dispersion of CaO in PET matrix and the intrinsic viscosity,the crystallization and thermal behavior of PET composite were investigated. It was found that by adding CaO, the intrinsic viscosity of composites was reduced. With different treating methods of A or B, the same content of CaO resulted in different decrease in intrinsic viscosity and in the cold crystallization temperature, but resulted in increase in crystallinity and heat crystallization temperature. The melting point kept almost the same, and the thermal stability was improved.
