相容剂对低密度聚乙烯/碳纤维导电复合材料性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)为基体,碳纤维(CF)为导电填料,加入一定量的马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(PE-g-MAH)在转矩流变仪中共混制备了LDPE/CF复合材料。研究了PE-g-MAH含量对于复合材料导电性能,热性能,力学性能和流变性能的影响。同时通过SEM分析了填料与基体树脂之间的相容性。经研究发现,加入适量的PE-g-MAH会使复合材料的电性能稍有降低但是力学性能却有显著提高,但过多的PE-g-MAH会严重影响材料的电性能和力学性能,并增加材料的黏度。 The LDPE/CF composite were prepared by torture rheometer, LDPE was matrix resin, carbon fiber(CF) was conductive filler and maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene (PE-g-MAH) as the compatilizer. The effect of PE-g-MAH concentration on conductive property, thermal property and mechanical property. The SEM test also be used to analysis the compatibility of matrix and filler. The electric property of composites slightly was decreased with the moderate PE-g-MAH concentration,but mechanical property of composites obviously was increased. Overloading PE-g-MAH had negative effect on electric and mechanical properties of composites,increase the viscosity of composites.
