摘要 为了解土耳其标准水平地震作用计算,对比中土标准水平地震作用计算的差异,对中国标准GB 50011—2010《建筑抗震设计规范》及《土耳抗震标准》2007静力方法计算水平地震作用进行介绍。通过对水平地震作用的各个参数如地震重要性系数、设防烈度、场地类别、场地动力放大系数谱、强度折减系数等对比分析,并进一步探讨2部标准各参数的异同。通过具体算例比较中土标准水平地震作用的大小,算例计算结果表明,对于同一场地,现浇钢筋混凝土结构,土标水平地震作用要高于中标;钢中心支撑框架结构,则土标水平地震作用低于中标。得出对于同一场地同一建筑,2部标准水平地震作用的高低主要取决于地震重要性系数和强度折减系数的结论。 In order to understand the Turkish standard horizontal seismic action calculation, the paper compares the difference of the horizontal seismic action calculations between Chinese and Turkish standards, and introduces the horizontal seismic action of the Chinese standard GB 50011-2010 Code for Seismic Design of Buildings and Turkey Earthquake Resistance Standard 2007. This paper compares the parameters of horizontal seismic action such as seismic importance factor, seismic design intensity, site type, site dynamic amplification factor spectrum and strength reduction factor, and further discuss about same and difference of two standards. Through the concrete example, compared the size of the horizontal seismic action, the result shows that for the same site, cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure, Turkish horizontal earthquake effect is higher than Chinese, and the Turkish standard horizontal earthquake effect is lower than the Chinese to steel center support frame structure. The paper concluded that the level of the two standards horizontal earthquakes is mainly determined by the seismic importance factor and the strength reduction factor for the same building.
