摘要
从心理学和基因学的视角考察,创业受基因决定,是不可教的。从创业学的视角考察,创业是一门学科,是可教的。从教育学的视角看,创业教育是有边界的,涉及可以直接教授的理论知识,不可以直接教授的创业精神、创业思维、创业方法和创业行动能力,还有天生的创业人格特质、创业倾向和职业选择偏好等。创业教育包含了先天性与后天性、理论与实践、工具价值和目的价值这三对基本矛盾,培养自我发展的、智慧的和善的创业者和学习者是创业教育的根本目标。
From the perspective of psychology and genetics, entrepreneurship is deter- mined by gene and cannot be taught. From the perspective of entrepreneurship discipline, it is a discipline and can be taught. From the perspective of pedagogy discipline, entrepreneur- ship education is educational activities with boundary. It includes the entrepreneurial theoret- ical knowledge which can be taught directly; the entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurial mindset, entrepreneurial method and practical ability which cannot be taught directly; and the innate entrepreneurial personality traits, entrepreneurial propensity and occupational preference. In fact, entrepreneurship education contains three pairs of contradictions that are nature and nurture, theory and practice, instrumental value and purpose value. The funda- mental aim of entrepreneurship education is to cultivate entrepreneurs and learners who can achieve personal development, get wisdom and be good.
