摘要
人才培养标准是保证人才培养质量的基础。目前,地方应用型本科高校的人才培养标准存在目标宽泛、规格趋同等问题。为防止"应用为本、全面发展"的地方应用型本科人才培养标准在教学实践过程中"走样"与"偏离",地方高校需按照"多主体参与、倒推法路线和一体化设计"的思路,构建课程准入、信息公开和质量评价机制,以保证标准的逐级实现。
To establish the talent cultivation standard is the basis of ensuring the quality of talent cultivation. There're such problems in cultivation standards of local applied under- graduates, as broad objectives and convergence of specifications. In order to prevent "alias- ing" and "deviation" from "application oriented, all-round development" of the local applica- tion-oriented undergraduate talents cultivation standard, local colleges and universities should design standards according to the rule of "multi--subject participation, backward pushing and integration"; they should also construct the curriculum access, information pub- lication and quality evaluation mechanism to ensure the standards implemented step by step.
